Gillian began her voice acting journey April 2020 after providing the Spurlock Museum of World Cultures examples for audio tours. With a passion for acting, she realized she could pursue her dream of voice acting after been performing on the stage for a little over 10 years.Born and raised in Central Illinois near Amish-country, Gillian is a 2022 graduate of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and holds a bachelor's degree in history and minor in anthropology. She now resides in Dallas-Fort Worth, Texas.In May 2023, Gillian came in as 1st runner up at Bang Zoom's open auditions at Anime Central.You can hear Gillian as Mei Nakatsugawa in Laid-Back Camp, Hifumi Kawamura in Go For It, Nakamura-Kun!!, Eleanor "Ellie" Leywin in The Beginning After the End, Natalie in The Adventurer's Daily Grind at Age 29, and other anime titles such as Kaiju No. 8, Shangri-La Frontier, and more! In the video game sphere, catch her as Pastelle and Twenny in the Rivals of Aether Workshop, as well as Maikuro Fon in the visual novel Dear Mom: My Letter to You.Outside of voiceover, you can catch Gillian watching horror movies, barista-ing it up with lattes, cooking a variety of dishes from French to Thai cuisine, gushing about her dogs back home, Butterbean and Halo, and pampering her pup, Petunia!
